Our goal is to expand the Margherita store network, starting with the opening of a pilot store and then gradually planning other openings. Based on our experience, we plan to open at least five stores, offering the opportunity to bring Margherita artisanal ice cream directly to customers.
In addition to ice cream, each outlet will offer a range of complementary products, always related to the world of ice cream, to ensure a wide choice and meet the different needs of customers.
Our stores will be furnished with the best materials and machinery to create an environment that is always appealing and innovative. The furniture will feature the corporate colors, brown (wood) and light blue, with showcases to best display our products. Depending on the location, a cockpit display case may also be installed.
Each store will be 20-40 square meters in size, with a design that favors bright, open spaces, perhaps located at an angle for greater visibility.
The investment for opening a store is around CHF 70,000, and the store will be managed by a team of about 4 people, ensuring an annual opening. During the season, the number of staff may be reduced as needed.
