In our artisan laboratory, production runs 7 days a week, guaranteeing fresh ice cream and sorbets every day. With a team of 4-5 employees, which grows during peak season, we are able to ensure high operational efficiency without compromising quality.

Every day, our laboratory can produce more than 2,000 liters of ice cream and sorbet, operating in a single shift. This volume could be further increased by adopting multiple shifts, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
