With a team of 4-5 employees, which grows during peak season, we are able to ensure high operational efficiency without compromising quality. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Quality and quantity production<\/strong><br \/>With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we have perfected our production system to optimize processes while maintaining high standards of performance and production. Every day, our laboratory can produce more than 2,000 liters of ice cream and sorbet, operating in a single shift. This volume could be further increased by adopting multiple shifts, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Our mission<\/strong> has always been to recreate the authentic taste of artisanal ice cream, while maintaining the freshness and quality that sets us apart.
